I never thought it would be easy to post one outfit per week day but... it seems it is more complicated than what I imagined at first. At least here in Madrid it is quite difficult.
On the first hand, it is not that easy to find people whose sense of style is so strong or whose clothes are great or awesome. And some of those whose clothes are awesome look like they’re disguised in someone else’s perfect outfit because the clothes tell one story and the face or body tell another one.
And 70% of the people that is interesting for shooting are always talking on the phone! Can you believe it??? I’m starting to hate that stupid device.
And what about negative answers? People in Madrid are not used to be asked to be taken a photograph of them and when you ask them to pose for a StreetStyle blog some of them look at you - and I’m telling you, I’m a clean, nice and polite girl - like if you just asked for a nude picture to upload on a hot web. And of course, they say with that cyber space frightened look in their eyes “I’m sorry, I’m late...”. I never insist. If they are not comfortable with it, better not to do it but please!!!, can’t you just collaborate, people of Madrid???

Nunca pensé que sería fácil publicar una foto por día laboral pero… parece que es más complicado de lo que me imaginé al principio. Por lo menos aquí en Madrid es bastante difícil.
En primer lugar, no es tan fácil encontrar a gente cuyo sentido del estilo sea tan fuerte o cuya ropa sea o genial o increíble. Y algunos de los que llevan esa ropa genial parece que se han disfrazado con la ropa de otro porque la ropa cuenta una historia y la cara o el cuerpo cuentan otra muy distinta.
Y el 70% de la gente que es interesante para fotografiar habla constantemente por teléfono. ¿Os lo podéis creer? Creo que estoy empezando a odiar ese estúpido artilugio.
¿Y qué me decís de las respuestas negativas? La gente en Madrid no está acostumbrada a que les pidan una foto y cuando les preguntas si quieren posar para un blog de StreetStyle algunos te miran – y, os aseguro, soy una chica limpia, mona y educada – como si les acabaras de pedir que posaran desnudos para una web picante. Y por supuesto te dicen con una mirada de miedo cibernético “Lo siento, llego tarde…”. Nunca insisto. Si no están a gusto con ello, mejor que no lo hagan pero por favor!!! No podéis colaborar un poco, gente de Madrid????

A veces me imagino que soy blogger stylestreet y cuando veo a alguien interesante pienso, sería capaz de abordarle y pedirle una foto? La respuesta es NO, así que permíteme que te diga que admiro mucho vuestros blogs.
